  • Managing the leasing and rental process.  We coordinate all the paperwork, including applications, leases, and financial documents/payment set up.  We do the initial and final walk-through with your tenant and provide a detailed inspection report for your records.
  • Coordinating tenant move-in.  We collect first month rent and security deposit, provide keys and prepare lease agreements.  We collect monthly rent for you.
  • Access to suite of online services.  From the Owners Portal to the Renters Portal to our Accounting site, any and all information you or your tenants need is always at your fingertips. Invoices, statements and tax documents are always accessible, reducing your paperwork and allowing you to easily organize your documents and your accounting.
  • Handling ALL tenant issues and problems.  They call us any time of day or night instead of calling you.  We proactively address any issues and stay in contact with owners and tenants.
  • Providing full property maintenance services.  We can simply manage work requests, or, if you prefer, we can utilize our network of licensed vendors who provide superior service at no additional mark-up.  Work orders can be called in by phone or conveniently entered online.  We can also help you get your property into "show-ready" condition to sell.
